Prepare and maintain billing invoices accurately and on time
Create and manage quotations as per company requirements
Handle basic accounting entries using Tally
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
Assist in day-to-day office administration activities Requirements:
0 to 1 year of experience in office administration or accounts
Basic knowledge of Billing, Quotation making, and Tally
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn Preferred Candidate:
Candidates residing nearby Alwarpet or able to commute easily
