We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented
Office Admin cum Accounts Executive
to manage day-to-day office operations, handle billing and basic accounting, and support coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain office files, purchase records, and admin documentation
Handle GST billing, quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups
Record expenses, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements
Coordinate with sales and service teams for documentation & dispatch
Manage incoming calls, visitor logs, courier tracking
Support HR with attendance and leave tracking
Handle petty cash and bank-related work (cheques, deposits, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (B.Com or any related field preferred)
1-3 years of experience in admin or accounts
Knowledge of
Zoho, Excel, GST billing
preferred
Good communication skills in
Telugu, English, and Hindi
Must be organized, punctual, and reliable
Preferably living near ECIL / within 10 km of office
