Office Management
Assist in meeting scheduling, conference room arrangements, and visitor management.
Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, pantry items, etc.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchases, and service issues.
Help maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Assist in bill settlement, vendor payments, and follow-ups with finance.
Maintain updated databases for assets, stationery, visitors, and documents.
Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and supplies.
Support HR with documentation during onboarding/offboarding.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly admin reports as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
