Role Overview - Office Accountant

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Accountant to manage accounting operations across both offline and e-commerce channels.

Key Details:

Timings: 11 AM - 7 PM

Weekend: Saturday-Sunday Off

Salary: ₹25,000 - ?30,000

Joining: Immediate

Location: Ghaziabad Office (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and accurate books of accounts

Handle e-commerce accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, and website orders

Reconcile payments, settlements, returns, and chargebacks

Manage invoicing, purchase/sales entries, and stock-related accounting

Prepare monthly MIS, balance sheet, and financial statements

Coordinate with auditors for GST and TDS compliance

Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and vendor payments

Support administrative and operational accounting activities

Required Qualifications

B.Com mandatory

3-5 years of accounting experience (e-commerce experience preferred)

Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
