The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and a two-wheeler for branch visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, pantry, and meeting areas.
Handle stationery, pantry items, and office supplies.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments.
Deliver and collect documents, files, and couriers.
Support HR and admin teams with filing, photocopying, and record keeping.
Welcome and assist visitors, staff, and candidates courteously.
Communicate politely with all departments and report maintenance issues.
Follow office rules, maintain punctuality, and handle office property responsibly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Qualification: SSLC / PUC or equivalent.
Prior experience as Office Attender or Peon preferred.
Good communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel between branches.
Courteous, disciplined, punctual, and well-groomed.
Basic understanding of office procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
