Conduct walk-in interviews and field sourcing for delivery executives, warehouse associates, helpers, and riders.
Perform local sourcing through referrals, vendors, job boards, and field visits.
Coordinate with Operations for daily manpower requirements.
Candidate Management
Screen candidates and validate basic eligibility.
Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.
Ensure timely onboarding and reporting of new joiners.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
Coordinate with manpower vendors and staffing agencies.
Track sourcing numbers and conversion ratios.
Follow up on candidate attendance and joining status.
Documentation & Compliance
Collect and verify KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company hiring standards and policies.
Maintain candidate and joining trackers.
Reporting & Updates
Share daily/weekly hiring MIS with HR and Ops teams.
Track dropouts, no-shows, and replacements.
Escalate hiring challenges proactively.
Skills & Competencies
Strong field-level coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle blue-collar workforce hiring.
Familiarity with local language and geography.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Result-oriented and able to work under targets.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 12th / Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience in field recruitment / bulk hiring / staffing.
Prior logistics / warehouse hiring experience is an added advantage.
