Negotiating payment terms, pricing and dispatch schedule with customers3. Data management:a. Maintaining and updating daily database containing details of each customerb. Maintaining order book and dispatch status of all ordersc. Coordinating with sourcing and logistics team to align dispatches4. Cross-function stakeholder management:a. Coordinating with finance team for approvals/mapping of payment to ensure timely invoicing and dispatchesb. Coordinating with underwriting team for timely payment term approvalsc.
