Job Overview

We are hiring an

OET / IELTS Counsellor

who is passionate about guiding students and healthcare professionals toward international language proficiency requirements. This role involves counselling candidates for OET and IELTS exams, course enrolment, progress coordination, and achieving enrolment targets that are directly linked to performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and healthcare professionals regarding

OET and IELTS exams

, modules, scoring criteria, and preparation timelines Assess candidate profiles and recommend suitable courses and study plans Handle walk-ins, calls, online enquiries, and lead follow-ups Convert enquiries into enrolments and achieve monthly counselling targets Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth batch allocation and class schedules Monitor student progress and provide guidance, motivation, and follow-ups Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and updates in the CRM system Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through timely support and communication Assist in conducting demo sessions, seminars, webinars, and promotional events Stay updated with changes in OET and IELTS exam patterns and guidelines
Requirements

Bachelor's degree (required); education or English background is an advantage Minimum

1 year of experience

in OET/IELTS counselling or education counselling
(Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Good command of English (spoken and written) Basic knowledge of

OET and IELTS exam formats and scoring

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal, counselling, and organizational skills Willingness to commute or relocate to

Training & Support
