Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

OET Nurse Trainer

to conduct training across all four OET modules:

Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking

. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching OET or similar English language courses for nurses and a strong understanding of the healthcare terminology and professional communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective training for all 4 OET modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Assess learners' proficiency and provide personalized feedback to improve performance. Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, mock tests, and other learning materials. Stay updated with OET exam patterns, updates, and healthcare terminologies. Mentor and motivate students to achieve their target OET scores. Track student progress and report outcomes to management. Conduct online and/or classroom sessions as per the academy's schedule.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Registered Nurse with valid license/registration in their home country. Minimum

2 years of experience

teaching OET or English language courses for nurses. Strong understanding of healthcare terminologies and clinical scenarios. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varied proficiency levels. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools (preferred).
