Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Act as the primary liaison between the organization and OEM clients. Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to fulfil OEM requirements. Track orders from placement to dispatch, ensuring timelines are met. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and update MIS / dashboards for OEM orders, delivery schedules and performance metrics. Support OEM audits, documentation, and compliance-related activities. Understand OEM product specifications and ensure alignment with internal teams. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly demand vs supply and highlight risks proactively. Build strong professional relationships with OEM stakeholders. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for faster response and service delivery.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
