Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective account management and new client acquisition.
Conduct market research to explore new OEM tie-ups and partnerships.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with OEM customers.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor activities with management.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business / Marketing / Engineering (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in
OEM / B2B sales in particle board, plywood, laminates, or allied building material industry
.
Strong OEM customer network in
Mumbai and Western India region
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
