Achieve sales targets through business development and effective account management.
Identify new OEM opportunities and expand market presence across Delhi/NCR.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms with OEM clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor updates to management.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business / Marketing / Engineering (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in
OEM / B2B sales in particle board, plywood, laminates, or allied building material industry
.
Strong network with OEM clients in
Delhi / NCR region
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
