We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented OEM Sales Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, an in-depth understanding of the automobile supply chain, and a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEM clients in the automotive industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with current and potential OEM partners.
Understand client-specific requirements and provide tailored product/component solutions.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules in collaboration with internal departments.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Coordinate with product development, production, and logistics teams to ensure on time delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market.
Generate and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Represent the company at automotive trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in OEM sales, preferably in the automotive or auto components industry.
Solid knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and OEM expectations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
