Job Title: OEM Manager - Building Materials

Job Purpose:
The OEM Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with OEM clients to drive sales and market penetration of building material products. The role involves developing long-term partnerships, executing business development strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure smooth product integration.
Key Responsibilities:
OEM Client Development:
Identify potential OEM partners in the building materials segment (e.g., prefab manufacturers, furniture makers, modular construction firms).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders at OEM companies.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute OEM sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Drive contract negotiations, pricing, and terms with OEM clients.
Monitor sales performance and analyze KPIs to drive improvements.
Product & Technical Coordination:
Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to ensure product compatibility with OEM requirements.
Provide technical support and training to OEM partners where necessary.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with supply chain, production, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.
Coordinate marketing efforts aligned with OEM customer requirements and co-branded promotions.
Market Intelligence:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and optimize strategy.
Provide insights to product development based on OEM client needs.
