Job Title: Odoo Specialist/ Trainer



About the Role:

Selex

is looking for an experienced

Odoo Specialist or Trainer

to deliver engaging training sessions across different Odoo modules. You will be responsible for setting up Odoo as per company requirements and creating training materials, conducting practical demos, and ensuring trainees can confidently use Odoo for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Train employees/clients on Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
Prepare training guides, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
Customise sessions based on business needs.
Provide post-training support and resolve queries.
Stay updated with new Odoo features.
Set up Odoo as per company requirements.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP (functional modules).
Experience in training/implementation/consultancy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts.
Master's in Accounting and business subjects.
Nice to Have:

Odoo certification.
Experience in ERP or corporate training.
