We are looking for a results-driven Odoo Sales Executive to join our team. This on-site role requires a candidate with proven experience in ERP sales, particularly Odoo, and a strong background in handling B2B enterprise clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals to support clients in their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients using tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and other lead generation platforms.
Conduct
cold calls
and outreach campaigns to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and present tailored
Odoo ERP solutions
through demos and product walkthroughs.
Manage the complete
sales cycle
from lead generation, needs analysis, solution pitch, proposal creation, to deal closure.
Work closely with the technical and functional team to ensure client needs are accurately captured and implemented.
Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
Keep abreast of
Odoo product updates
, industry trends, and competitor activities to remain ahead in the market.
Deliver and exceed individual and team
sales targets
and KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of
4+ years
experience in ERP sales, specifically
Odoo
.
Proven track record in
B2B and enterprise-level software sales
.
Experience in using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead generation systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the
Odoo ecosystem
and modules.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
Odoo Certification
preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
