, building high-performance Android applications tightly integrated with Odoo to support field operations, sales, inventory, order management, and real-time insights.

Role Overview

We are looking for an

Odoo + Mobile App Developer (Kotlin)

who can build and maintain

Android applications

that seamlessly integrate with

Odoo ERP

. You will work across backend and mobile layers, owning features end-to-end--from Odoo APIs to polished mobile user experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who understands

Odoo deeply

and can translate ERP workflows into

robust, scalable mobile apps

.

What You'll Do

-

Mobile App Development (Android - Kotlin)

Design, develop, and maintain

Android applications using Kotlin

. Build clean, responsive, and scalable mobile UI/UX aligned with business workflows. Implement offline support, background sync, and performance optimization.

Odoo Backend & Integration

Develop and customize

Odoo modules

to support mobile app requirements. Design and expose REST APIs for mobile consumption. Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access.

System Integration

Integrate mobile apps with Odoo services (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Logistics, CRM, etc.). Work with third-party APIs (payments, notifications, maps, scanning, etc.). Handle real-time updates, push notifications, and data synchronization.

Quality & Performance

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code. Debug production issues across mobile and backend systems. Optimize performance for large datasets and real-time usage.

Collaboration & Ownership

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. Take ownership of features from planning to production deployment. Contribute ideas to improve mobile architecture and ERP workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Odoo experience is mandatory

(custom modules, ORM, APIs). Solid experience with

Android development using Kotlin

. Experience integrating mobile apps with backend systems (REST APIs). Strong Python skills for Odoo development. Understanding of PostgreSQL and backend data modeling. Experience with authentication, security, and API best practices. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Jetpack components (ViewModel, Room, LiveData).
Knowledge of mobile offline-first architecture and sync strategies.
Experience with ERP, marketplace, logistics, or B2B platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile apps.
Experience working with barcode scanners, POS, or warehouse apps.
