This role involves close collaboration with clients and technical teams to deliver customized Odoo implementations that optimize business processes and drive efficiency.

Configure and customize Odoo modules based on client business processes and needs.
Configure, customize, and deploy a wide range of Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, HR, and many more to streamline business operations.
Analyze and map business processes to Odoo functionalities and provide optimized process solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deploy custom features, reports, and integrations.
2. Client Management & Communication
Act as the primary functional contact for assigned clients and projects.
Conduct workshops, demos, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure project progress and satisfaction.
Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
3. Documentation & Testing
Prepare detailed documentation including
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
,
Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
, and user manuals.
Conduct
functional testing
,
user acceptance testing (UAT)
, and ensure the solution meets defined business requirements.
Identify, log, and coordinate the resolution of bugs or enhancement requests.
4. Training & User Support
Deliver
end-user training
sessions and develop user guides and process documentation.
Support clients during go-live and post-implementation stages.
Assist in optimizing system usage through process improvements and continuous functional support.
5. Data Migration & Integration
Supervise data migration activities including
data extraction, validation, transformation, and loading
into Odoo.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations with third-party systems such as
payment gateways, websites, and external APIs
.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of migrated data.
6. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on
latest Odoo releases
, new modules, and industry best practices.
Participate in
internal knowledge-sharing
and mentor junior consultants.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and Odoo implementations.
Must Have:
3-3.5 years of

Strong understanding of business processes across
