Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to design effective workflows tailored to client needs while identifying gaps in existing Odoo implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform market analysis to understand client requirements. Create and design efficient workflows within Odoo based on client specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions. Oversee daily team activities to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines. Provide guidance to enhance team productivity and performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Identify opportunities for new modules or functionalities to improve existing Odoo implementations.

Qualifications:

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Proven experience with Odoo implementations and functional consulting. Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and design innovative solutions. Experience in workflow design and project management.
