Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Odoo Consultant to lead end-to-end Odoo implementations. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, design Odoo-based solutions, configure modules, and ensure successful project delivery. You will be instrumental in optimizing clients' business processes and ensuring seamless adoption of Odoo ERP solutions.

Responsibilities



Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications. Design, configure, and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes and objectives. Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to bridge functional gaps within the Odoo system. Perform system testing, create and execute test scripts, and ensure delivery quality and accuracy. Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical and development teams. Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo versions, features, and community updates, providing recommendations for system enhancements. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within defined scope and budget. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations.

Must-Have

Strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and configuration across modules. Proven ability in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. Experience with functional testing, validation, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Strong business acumen in project planning, management, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
