Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather detailed functional requirements.
Solution Design:
Translate business needs into Odoo workflows and configurations, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Module Configuration:
Set up and customize Odoo standard modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, Purchase) based on client requirements.
Gap Analysis:
Identify gaps between client needs and Odoo's standard features, and work with technical teams to propose appropriate customizations or workarounds.
Data Migration:
Plan and execute the migration of legacy data into Odoo, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, import templates, and validation to ensure data integrity.
User Training & Documentation:
Prepare user manuals and training materials; deliver hands-on training to end users and administrators.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Define functional test cases, perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure the system meets business expectations.
Go-Live Support:
Assist in final system deployment, go-live preparation, and provide hyper-care and post-go-live support to resolve issues and ensure stability.
Change Management:
Help users adopt new systems and processes; communicate changes and provide ongoing support.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
