Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant
Location: Surat
Experience: 3 - 4 Years
Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Odoo modules, business process understanding, and hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and translate them into functional solutions using Odoo ERP.
Configure, customize, and implement various Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
Coordinate with the technical team for module development and customization.
Provide functional support, testing, and user training to ensure smooth implementation.
Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo functional issues for end-users.
Assist in upgrading Odoo versions and migrating data when required.
Participate in project planning, progress tracking, and client communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR).
Hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, and user support.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Odoo v14 or above.
Basic understanding of Odoo technical framework (Python, XML).
Certification in Odoo functional training will be an added advantage.
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
