Must-Have Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant

Strong Accounting background is mandatory

-- knowledge of : Chart of Accounts Journal Entries Taxes configuration Bank Reconciliation Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Vendor Bills & Customer Invoices Payment Matching Experience implementing and supporting

Odoo Accounting module

in real projects.

Experience working in Tally

.

Functional & Communication Skills

Good understanding of key Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR). Strong ability to gather and document business requirements. Experience preparing functional specs, BRDs, workflows, and UAT documents. Ability to translate accounting processes into Odoo workflows. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong client-facing abilities and experience in user training. Good post-implementation support and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent English communication (must).
