About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Odoo Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the Odoo ERP platform, good hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills to coordinate between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations and data management within the Odoo ERP system.
Create, update, and maintain records related to products, customers, vendors, and transactions.
Generate and analyze reports using Excel formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.).
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues or collect data.
Assist in Odoo module testing, configuration, and documentation as required.
Ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and timely follow-ups on assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Odoo software (any module such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, or Accounting).
Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data cleaning, and basic analytics.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.
