Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled

Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

to join our

team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical

implementation by understanding business requirements, configuring the Odoo system, and

developing custom features as needed. This is a hands-on role requiring both functional

consulting and technical development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and map them to Odoo ERP functionalities. Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM,
HR, etc.).

Develop custom modules and features in Python and XML as needed. Conduct user training and provide support during and after implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored ERP solutions. Perform data migration, integration with third-party applications, and API development. Write clear documentation including functional specs, user manuals, and training
materials.

Provide functional testing and validation to ensure system integrity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 4+ years of Erp experience out of which 2+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
(v13 and above preferred).

Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript. Strong knowledge of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and/or
Manufacturing.

Experience in both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions is a plus.

Familiarity with Linux, Git, and RESTful APIs.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Odoo certification(s). Experience in project management or agile methodologies. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Previous experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo Studio.
