Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Odoo ERP implementation (techno-functional role).
Job Role: We are seeking a dynamic Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to drive the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP. This role requires a blend of business process understanding (especially in F&B, retail, and e-commerce) and hands-on Odoo expertise. The consultant will be responsible for system configuration, customization, integration (including Indian food delivery platforms), and ensuring smooth adoption across departments.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle Odoo implementation: requirements gathering ? system setup ? go-live ? post-support.* Configure core modules: Sales, POS, Inventory, Purchase, HR, Accounting, CRM, eCommerce, and later Manufacturing (for kitchen/recipe management).* Design the Chart of Accounts and configure finance modules as per Indian compliance norms (GST, TDS).* Understand current workflows in retail outlets, eCommerce, and kitchen/production.* Document functional requirements and propose Odoo-based solutions.* Map F&B-specific processes: recipe/BOM management, lot tracking, expiry control, batch production.* Customize workflows using Odoo Studio and Python (as required).* Integrate Odoo with online food ordering platforms, and payment gateways.* Automate reporting dashboards for sales, wastage, stock movement, and cost analysis.* Migrate existing data (spreadsheets, legacy apps) to Odoo.* Conduct user training across Finance, Sales, Production, and Retail teams.* Provide ongoing functional & technical support post-implementation.*
Required Skills:
3+ years of Odoo ERP implementation experience (Techno-Functional profile).* Strong knowledge of Odoo F&B/retail workflows (POS, multi-store, online + offline sales).* Technical: Ability to read and modify Python code for Odoo customizations and API integrations.* Hands-on with Odoo Studio, XML/QWeb, API development.* Strong understanding of Indian accounting, GST, invoicing compliance.* Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.*
