Odoo ERP

for our clients and are looking for someone who has real, hands-on experience in selling Odoo.

Note: Only candidates with Odoo ERP sales experience will be considered.



What You Will Do



Sell Odoo ERP and related IT services to small, medium, and large companies. Find new leads, follow up, and convert them into sales. Understand what the client needs and explain how Odoo can help their business. Give product demos, prepare quotations, and support the deal until it is closed. Work with our technical and functional teams to create the right solution for the client. Maintain good relationships with clients and look for upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Keep all sales updates, leads, and pipeline information properly in the CRM. Take part in marketing activities, events, and campaigns for Odoo promotions. Stay updated on the ERP market, competitors, and opportunities in Mumbai/Pune.

What We Are Looking For



2 to 5 years of experience in ERP or IT sales.

Mandatory:

Hands-on experience in Odoo sales or Odoo implementation discussions. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand basic business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, Manufacturing). Good at building and maintaining client relationships. Target-driven and self-motivated.

Education



Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
