Odoo ERP Lead

Functional Consultant

to join our team and lead ERP implementations will also act as a

Project Lead

,The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to deliver high-quality Odoo ERP solutions. We invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects. (Analysis ? Design ? Configuration ? Go-Live ? Support) Gather business requirements and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions. Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules such as

Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, or Projects

. Utilize Odoo APIs and maintain advanced configurations. Act as a

bridge between functional and technical teams

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication Provide functional support, training, and documentation to end users. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution Prepare reports and dashboards as per client needs. Participate in client meetings, demos, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, CS, IT, or related field. Minimum

1+ year of experience

as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Odoo ERP Implementation Executive. Experience in project management and client interactions. Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.). Strong expertise in Odoo ERP (Community & Enterprise) Experience in project management and client handling Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with documentation and process mapping.
