ROLE SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of the Odoo ERP system, ensuring smooth integration with business operations and effective user adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the complete implementation and deployment of the Odoo ERP system.
Analyze business requirements and configure Odoo modules accordingly.
Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams for effective ERP usage.
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure continuous system improvement.
Coordinate with management to align ERP implementation with business goals.
Maintain documentation and best practices for ERP processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation, preferably in the furniture manufacturing or home furnishing industry (mandatory).
Strong understanding of accounting principles, business processes, and ERP workflows.
Excellent computer proficiency and technical understanding of ERP systems.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
Positive attitude with strong leadership and training capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage implementation timelines effectively.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation, preferably in furniture manufacturing or home furnishing industry.
