Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, MRP)
Build industry-focused ERP demos (Trading, Manufacturing, Service)
Implement approval workflows, reports, and dashboards
Integrate Odoo with third-party APIs and external systems
Optimize performance and fix production issues
Requirements:
4-6 years of hands-on Odoo development experience
Strong Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, XML skills
Experience with custom modules and real ERP workflows
Good business process understanding
