Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (CRM, HRMS, Payroll, Campaign, ERP, etc.). Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and ensure smooth data flow. Create and optimize Python-based scripts within the Odoo framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements. Provide technical support and bug fixes for live systems. Participate in system upgrades and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Odoo development and customization. Proficiency in Python, Odoo ORM, and PostgreSQL. Experience in modules like CRM, HRMS, Payroll, Campaign, ERP. Understanding of Odoo architecture and core modules. Good knowledge of Odoo API integration and third-party tools. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
