We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Developer with strong Python expertise and deep knowledge of both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing complex Odoo modules across Sales, Inventory, HR, Purchase, CRM, Finance, and Healthcare Management System (HMS).
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and customise advanced Odoo modules using clean, scalable Python code.
Develop secure APIs and integrate third-party systems.
Optimize PostgreSQL queries and backend performance.
Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues end-to-end.
Create reports, dashboards, and user-friendly backend features.
Manage Odoo module upgrades and migrations in the Community and Enterprise editions across versions.
Essential Skills & Expertise
3-4+ years of professional Odoo backend development experience.
Awareness with Odoo framework from version 12 to 18
Strong expertise in Python and Odoo ORM.
Solid experience with API security (JWT, OAuth2).
Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Git workflows.
Ability to manage large-scale Odoo deployments.
Server configuration & maintenance (Linux, Odoo, PostgreSQL, Nginx)
Experience working with Healthcare Management System (HMS) modules is a plus.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Docker / Odoo.sh deployment.
Frontend development skills (OWL / JavaScript).
Knowledge of tax and e-invoicing within Odoo.
Contributions to OCA (Odoo Community Association) projects.
Odoo Certification (v16-v18)
