Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled

Odoo Developer

who will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Python and Odoo framework, along with a solid understanding of business workflows. This role requires analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and configure Odoo modules based on business requirements. Design and implement new features and functional flows within the Odoo environment. Work on integrating Odoo with third-party applications using APIs. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo modules. Develop backend logic using Python and create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Manage Odoo database operations, security settings, and performance tuning. Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain technical documentation for modules, customizations, and processes. Perform Odoo version migration when required. Provide end-user support and training for Odoo functionalities.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development. Experience in Odoo module customization, API integration, and UI modification.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in

Python

and

Odoo Framework

. Experience with

PostgreSQL

, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports. Good knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and module development. Experience in integrating Odoo with external systems via REST APIs. Familiarity with Linux environments and Git version control.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Additional Skills (Optional):

Experience in Odoo Enterprise Edition. Knowledge of Docker or cloud deployment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
