CodeLab Technologies is a Kuwait-based software development company specializing in custom software, mobile apps, and eCommerce solutions. We are expanding our portfolio into ERP systems with

Odoo

implementations and have our first Odoo project ready to kick off.
We're looking for a hands-on

Odoo Developer

to join us at the beginning of this journey and grow into a

Technical Lead

role as we scale our Odoo practice.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Purchase, POS, etc.). Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, SMS, eCommerce, WhatsApp APIs). Participate in full ERP implementation cycles -- requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. Create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo deployments. Collaborate with team members to translate business needs into technical solutions. Maintain version control (Git), environments (Odoo.sh or on-premise), and ensure best development practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience.

Strong knowledge of

Python

,

PostgreSQL

, and

Odoo ORM & API frameworks.

Experience with

XML

,

JavaScript (OWL/QWeb)

, and Odoo's web client framework. Experience in Odoo v16, v17 & V18 preferred. Knowledge of module migration and performance tuning. Understanding of business processes in ERP domains (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR). Familiarity with

Git

,

Odoo.sh

, or

Linux servers

. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Skills

Odoo functional certification or training (Odoo v17/v18). Experience with

REST API integration

or

mobile app connection

to Odoo backend. Prior experience with GCC localization (Sepcially Kuwait configurations) will be given priority.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
