We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Odoo Developer to join our team in Ernakulam. If you have 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development and a passion for building customized ERP solutions, this role is a great opportunity for career growth. As part of our team, you'll work closely with functional consultants and business analysts to create, customize, and implement Odoo modules tailored to meet specific business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and improve Odoo modules across various domains, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and more.
Implement new features and enhance existing functionalities according to project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical and business requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python, XML, and other Odoo development best practices.
Design custom reports, dashboards, and integrate Odoo with third-party applications as needed.
Perform detailed testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Manage database operations, including data migration, version upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Provide continuous support and enhancements for live Odoo implementations.
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
In-depth knowledge of Odoo's ORM, modular architecture, and design.
Experience working with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
