Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Odoo Developer

with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team in

Thiruvananthapuram

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Odoo ERP development and customization, with the ability to analyze business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business needs. Design and implement new features and functionalities in Odoo. Create and manage technical documentation. Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo. Troubleshoot and debug Odoo-related issues. Work with functional consultants and clients to understand requirements. Upgrade existing Odoo modules and migrate databases. Provide support for end-users and train them as required.

Required Skills:

2+ years of hands-on experience with

Odoo (versions 12 to 16 or newer)

. Strong knowledge in

Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL

. Experience in

Odoo backend and frontend

development. Understanding of Odoo ORM and MVC architecture. Familiar with Odoo Studio and Odoo.sh. Experience in module creation, report generation (Qweb), and workflow customization. Good debugging and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

Linux/Ubuntu server setup

for Odoo deployment. Knowledge of accounting, inventory, sales, CRM, or other Odoo business modules. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
