Core Responsibilities

Design and Development:

Design and develop Odoo modules based on business requirements using Python and Odoo framework.

Integrations:

Integrate Odoo with third-party applications when necessary as per the business requirements.

Database Management:

Design, implement, and manage databases in Odoo, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. This involves database modeling, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Workflow Analysis:

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation using Odoo. Collaborate with Product Manager to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Testing and Debugging:

Perform unit testing prior to submitting the codes for the tester's review.

Training and Support:

Provide necessary training and guidance to the colleagues on Odoo, best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Documentation:

Create technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications.

Customer Support

: Assist users in resolving any technical difficulties they encounter while utilizing the system.
Technical Skills

Demonstrated expertise in the Odoo framework with particular emphasis on recent versions 15 and above. Proficient in Odoo stack technologies such as Python, OWL, Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML, PostgreSQL, and so on. Proficient in building and troubleshooting Odoo modules. Solid knowledge in database administration. Familiar with code versioning tools such as Git, as well as CD/CI tools like Rundeck, among others. Familiarity with the Linux operating system. Familiarity with cloud technologies. Proficiency in migrating Odoo versions.
Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3-5 years of experience in software development Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to follow coding standards and best practices

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
