With a strong focus on enterprise software, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), we are expanding our team to onboard a skilled Odoo Developer to lead and support our ERP implementations.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Odoo Developer with hands-on expertise in end-to-end ERP implementation and customization. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Odoo (v12-v16), excellent Python development skills, and the ability to independently handle client requirements, system design, and module development.
You can join us as a full-time employee or as a part-time freelance contractor. However, being physically located in Bangalore is mandatory, as we occasionally require on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP including requirement gathering, system design, customization, deployment, and support
Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules in Python
Configure, test, and deploy various Odoo applications (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.)
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Integrate Odoo with external systems using REST APIs and third-party tools
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices
Manage migrations and version upgrades of Odoo systems
Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting
Maintain technical documentation and code repositories
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in Odoo development
Strong knowledge of Python is a must
Proficient in Odoo ORM, QWeb, and XML views
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Linux, and Git
Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML/CSS is a plus
Good understanding of Odoo functional workflows (sales, inventory, invoicing, HR, etc.)
Experience working on both community and enterprise editions of Odoo
Ability to work independently and manage client communications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Additional Nice-to-Have:
Odoo certification
Experience with Docker, AWS or other deployment tools
Prior work on multi-company or multi-warehouse implementations
Knowledge of accounting or business operations
Engagement Models:
Full-Time (preferred)
Part-Time / Freelance (must be available for regular coordination and weekly sprint reviews)
On-site presence in Bangalore is required for both models (no remote-only applicants)

Competitive and aligned with experience
Flexible billing/hourly rates for freelancers
