1. ERP & Odoo Implementation

Analyze manufacturing processes (production, BOM, routing, MRP, inventory, etc.) and map them into Odoo modules. Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo ERP modules relevant to manufacturing, purchase, sales, and accounting. Migrate existing systems or legacy data into Odoo.

2. Customization & Development

Develop new Odoo modules or customize existing ones as per manufacturing requirements (e.g., shop floor management, machine maintenance, quality checks). Write Python code, XML views, and reports to extend Odoo functionality. Integrate third-party applications (IoT devices, barcode scanners, PLCs, or other automation systems).

3. Process Optimization

Automate workflows such as production scheduling, work orders, material requirements planning (MRP). Improve efficiency in raw material tracking, finished goods management, and supply chain operations. Provide solutions for cost tracking, wastage reduction, and real-time reporting.

4. Support & Troubleshooting

Provide day-to-day support to end-users and resolve ERP/Odoo-related issues. Monitor system performance, fix bugs, and ensure smooth operations in production and inventory modules. Conduct training sessions for users to improve ERP adoption.

5. Reporting & Analytics

Design custom reports and dashboards for production efficiency, machine utilization, inventory levels, and financial KPIs. Implement real-time monitoring tools for production lines and stock movement.

6. Collaboration

Work closely with manufacturing managers, production planners, store managers, and finance teams to gather requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, procurement, sales, quality, maintenance) to deliver ERP solutions. Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for advanced integrations.

7. Compliance & Security

Ensure ERP system complies with industry standards, taxation (GST), and statutory requirements. Maintain role-based access control for secure data handling.
