Job Overview

Primacy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled

Odoo Accountant

with

strong and mandatory expertise in the Odoo Accounting module

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes within Odoo ERP and ensuring accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete accounting operations using

Odoo ERP (mandatory experience)

. Manage

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

functions. Create and manage

invoices, bills, credit notes, debit notes, and journal entries

in Odoo. Perform

bank and cash reconciliations

within the Odoo system. Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

. Generate and analyze financial statements such as

Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet

. Maintain accurate

vendor and customer ledger records

in Odoo. Support internal audits and financial reviews.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting module (mandatory)

. Strong knowledge of

accounting principles and financial controls

. Practical experience with

GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance

. Proficiency in

MS Excel and financial documentation

. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills

Experience in

Odoo implementation, configuration, or migration projects

. Knowledge of multi-company and multi-currency accounting in Odoo.
