:

• Data Integration Support Specialist to support and enhance our data management and reporting capabilities.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data load processes, resolving data load failures, and implementing enhancements to our data systems.
• This role requires a strong understanding of data integration principles, database technologies, and reporting tools

Responsibilities:

• Data Load Support and Issue Resolution: Support and fix ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) data load failures, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize data disruptions.
• System Enhancement: Work on small enhancements on ODI, Oracle views, packages, and procedures to improve data processing and accessibility.
• IBI and GAH Reports: Create IBI reports and enhancements. Enhance existing GAH reports.
• Data Quality and Auditing: Address data vault audit issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain data integrity.
• Requirements Gathering: Engage with customers and stakeholders to clarify data requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
• Team Guidance and Training: Guide the L1 support team and junior team members to get up to speed on all work processes. Train them on relevant technical concepts, and mentor them in best practices.
• On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for critical job failures during weekends, holidays, and nights, ensuring 24/7 availability for critical systems.
• Performance Tuning: Perform performance tuning on long-running SQL queries used in ODI, packages, and report views to optimize system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Strong SQL skills, with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries
• Experience with Oracle database technologies, including views, packages, and procedures
• Experience with IBI reporting tools is added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to provide on-call support during weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior team members.Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with performance tuning of Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
