We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.

- Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable products/services.

- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

- Follow up with clients to ensure successful conversion and maintain long-term relationships.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets to earn attractive incentives.

- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for revenue growth.

### Requirements:

- Minimum 10th pass qualification.

- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
