Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize large-scale data integration and warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Data Warehouse, Oracle Database, Advanced SQL, Python programming, and performance tuning for both ODI and databases.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to integrate data from multiple enterprise systems into the data warehouse. Develop and optimize ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator. Develop, implement, and orchestrate ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) within Oracle Data Warehouse and Oracle Database environments. Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for performance and scalability. Develop Python scripts to automate data processing, validation, and reporting. Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune ODI jobs and database performance. Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices are implemented. Collaborate with business and analytics teams to deliver reliable, well-structured datasets.
Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (development, administration, and performance tuning). Deep knowledge of Oracle Data Warehouse architecture and best practices. Expertise in Oracle Database administration and optimization. Proficiency in Advanced SQL and Python programming for data workflows. Experience with data modeling, ETL, and large-scale data integration. Leverage APIs and automation to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data pipeline and performance issues.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Oracle Exadata and pluggable databases. Experience with cloud data platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure). Exposure to automation tools Knowledge of data governance frameworks and security compliance.
