- Odoo ERP Functional Consultant

Job Title: Odoo ERP Functional Consultant (2-3 Years Experience) Location: Pune / Kolhapur (On-site / Hybrid as applicable) Department: ERP Implementation

Reports To: ERP Project Manager

Experience Required: 2-3 years (Odoo Functional) Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant to manage end-to-end implementation, client training, presales demos, and support for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Odoo functionality, business process understanding, and presales communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client business processes, gather and document requirements

- Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.)

- Conduct GAP analysis and propose best-fit solutions using standard Odoo features

- Deliver client-specific functional demos during presales stage

- Work with the sales team to understand client needs and propose appropriate Odoo solutions

- Prepare and deliver business presentations for internal and client-facing demos

- Perform end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support

- Coordinate with the technical team for customizations and integrations

- Maintain clear project documentation (BRD, FRS, user manuals)

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- 2-3 years of experience with Odoo ERP functional modules

- Experience in presales, client demos, and solution walkthroughs

- Solid understanding of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Finance, CRM, etc.)

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to translate client requirements into functional specifications

- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (sales, development, support)

Tools / Platforms:

- Odoo (v13 and above)

- Google Workspace / Office 365

- Project Management Tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

- Excel, Docs, Flowcharting tools

Qualifications:

- B.E / B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance, Operations, Systems) or equivalent

- Odoo functional certification (preferred)

- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (for client interaction)

Job Location:

- Pune Office or Kolhapur Office (as per candidate preference)

- Some travel to nearby client sites may be required
