Partner with communication/marketing team to define and deliver a robust communication plan in support of project deliverables.
Responsible for all aspects of training administration including New Hire Employee Orientation (NEO) program runs successfully.
Perform analysis of various training programs using feedback
Preparation and maintenance of HR processes as needed.
Support the implementation and delivery of employee development programs and talent management processes.
Content/communication building for HR projects.
Requirements:
Corporate training/facilitation certification - preferred
Strong PC Skills specifically including email and PowerPoint, moderately complex spreadsheets, graphics applications, and project planning
Good in Communication
Good in Presentation Skills
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
Mass communication & diploma in designing will be added advantage
