A tech savy gaming company is looking for enterprenual technical intellects to lead one of our technical divisions related to Game Development using any of the skills C++, Cocos studio, Unity, Erlang, Node JS, Javascript, HTML5.

- Managed a team of resources segragated in different technologies & hierarchy through effective planning, mentoring & coaching.

- Setup the processes for resource planning, forecasting and resource deployment as per the business requirement.

- To grow the delivery revenue for taking the organization to next level, by bringing in the right processes.

- To setup the latest technologies within organization to grow existing operations, business & team

- Was responsible for monitoring and reporting on project/games & delivery progress to management using status reports and weekly meetings.
