Job Description

1. Book-keeping and Finalization of Financial Statements for International Entities (Majorly US Entities) under IGAAP and US GAAP both.

2. Management of Consolidation Audit for Global entities from managing PBC data and Audit coordination with different teams to signing and filing off Audit report.

3. Management of all compliances for global entities including Secretarial, Tax, Statutory and other related compliances.

4. Finalization of differences between US GAAP books with that of local GAAP.

5. Working closely with local teams for clarification of all points related to Audit/FS of all subsidiaries.

6. Preparation of Consolidation and Intercompany billing for all international subsidiaries.

7. Working with the team for review of all PBCs requirements and meeting stringent Audit deadlines.

8. Working with HQ and teams for month & quarter closing activities within deadlines and regular updates.

9. Working with team for review of all reconciliations and work on GL observations with HQ team.

10. Working with team on Global Fixed assets, review of reconciliations and related reporting tasks.

11. Any other additional task or tasks incidental to any of the above.
