Design and build Charging Management System back-end systems that power our mobile app.

A purpose driven role for you

Millions of drivers will be switching to electric vehicles over the coming years. We need your help to make their experience easy. You will design and build Charging Management System back-end systems that power our mobile app. You will work with a collaborative, cross-functional team that takes ideas from the drawing board to full-scale implementation. Your outstanding work will speed up the transition to electrified transportation worldwide!

A Day in the life

As a \'Full Stake Dev\' You will architect flexible and scalable syatem, lead a project from conception to post-release monitoring and maintenance and closely work with Product Management, Design and QA team to understand user requirements, discuss trade-offs and plan timelines.

- You\'ll dive into code you\'ve never seen before to figure out what it does and how to make it better

- You will mentor junior developers and make your team stronger

- Help build a team and cultivate innovation by driving cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams

-Lead designs of major software components, systems, and features

-Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve the software

-Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise

-Mentor and train other team members on design techniques, and coding standards

Academic Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

- 6-8 years of experience in Infrastructure, Front End, Back End Development

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Experience in Charging Management System development with OCPP/OCPi protocol implementation is a must.

-Demonstrated experience building Scalable, High performant and Secured system

-You have an understanding of modern software architecture components (e.g. Distributed Systems, Containerization, Micro Services etc.)

-Solid foundation in computer science with strong competency in Data structures, Design principles, and Software development life cycle

-You have experience with Java server-side programming language (if knowledge in PHP also, it is a plus). Framework knowledge such as Spring, Code igniter is a plus

-You have a strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

-You know how to apply computer science algorithms and data structures

-You have built and used RESTful APIs

-You are well versed with modern SDLC concepts

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity around priorities and solutions
