Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The company\xe2\x80\x99s technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.



Essential Job Functions:

  • Execute or manage deliverables against the communication plan, crafting or coordinating clearly articulated messages that prepare and motivate users to adopt the change.
  • Develop training materials to help ensure users have the knowledge and ability necessary to adopt the implemented changes successfully.
  • Contribute to creating engaging communication materials, training materials, and resources to facilitate change adoption.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Able to navigate through ambiguous situations while focusing on pertinent details.
Requirements
  • Understanding of change methodology and understanding of how people go through change. PROSCI ADKAR methodology preferred.
  • Proven success leading or managing the OCM activities on a high-complexity, program-wide change.
  • Proven ability to function well in a highly matrixed organization and take direction from multiple sources.
  • Ability to develop compelling and clear messages for various audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop clear, concise training materials using PROSCI ADKAR methodology.
  • Workday experience across multiple SKUs, including system navigation, end-to-end business process, and high-level knowledge of how configuration works across various HR business processes
  • 3+ years of experience supporting organizational change management efforts.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
