CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Global Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager - OCM Manager - SAP Supply Chain
Type: Contract
Job Title: Global Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager
Location: Remote - Must be willing to work EST time zone. Flexible to work with APAC schedule for projects as well + 20% travel depending on phase of project
Pay Rate: $60 - $100/hour
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree plus relevant experience minimum
SAP exp - P2P, OTC required
Description
This position will manage the Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for several ERP transformation (SAP Supply Chain) projects and support the OCM activities for the program as needed. The Global Change Management Manager will work as an internal consultant with OCM resources across the ERP
Transformation to:
Design, create, and execute an overall Transformation Change Schedule that incorporates communication, change management, and training activities
Ensure a cohesive OCM strategy integrated with program and project needs
Design, develop, and execute planned OCM activities, enlisting program and project Subject Matter Experts as needed
This role is key to driving faster adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency with changes that impact employees.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and implement change management activities for ERP SAP/S4 Hana deployments, driving adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in alignment with change management methodologies
Integrate change management activities into project plans
Following the Transformation Process Map (TPM), create actionable deliverables for the three key change management levers: Organizational Change Management, Communications, and Training
Organizational Change Management:
Identify and manage stakeholders for their deployment, assessing change impact
Develop appropriate content for target audiences
Conduct OCM-focused workshops, i.e., pre-sessions, early engagement activities, Day in the Life, etc.
Support and engage business partners and stakeholders in the change effort
Track and report change management adoption and successes
Communications:
Create and maintain appropriate communication content using various vehicles and tools, i.e., project newsletters, information emails, program SharePoint site content, FAQ pages, etc.
Support communications and training delivery efforts
Training:
Manage the process for regionalizing SAP training and communications content as needed
Develop regional training content in support of OCM or communication activities
Support the Enterprise Change Management Lead and program activities, including presenting or facilitating program events like project meetings or demo workshops
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree plus relevant OCM experience minimum
Education or experience in IT a plus
Qualifications:
6+ years of practical OCM experience - REQUIRED
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and successfully delivering change management work driven by an ERP implementation
Change management certification (i.e., CCMP, Prosci) or similar designation desired
SAP S4/Hana or PS functional knowledge at an intermediate or higher level
Experience developing and executing OCM communications, training, and change management activities for an ERP implementation
Highly self-directed, organized, energetic, flexible, and creative
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle (SDLC)
Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Flexible, adaptable, team player with the ability to influence others
Desired Skills:
Prosci or other change management certification a plus
Solid understanding of the change process and how people go through change (Prosci ADKAR experience a plus)
Content creation experience using Enable Now, Adobe Suite, or Intarsia
Travel Requirement: Up to 20% during peak transition times

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $45.01 to $139.95/hour. Salary offers are based on skills, experience, education, market factors, and licensure or certifications. A competitive benefits package is also offered. About Us:
